Bang: Switzerland withdraws all Covid vaccination recommendations

Vaccination is only possible in individual cases – namely:
Vaccination is possible for people who are particularly at risk (BGP) ≥ 16 years of age if the attending physician considers it to be medically indicated in the respective epidemiological situation in the individual case, a temporarily increased protection against serious illness is to be expected and the last vaccination dose at least 6 months ago.
However, no vaccination recommendation for risk patients is explicitly given here.
In the following, it will be discussed that the effectiveness of vaccinations against current variants is reduced and short-lived – especially for people who are at risk. The adaptation of the mRNA vaccine could not keep up with the development of the variants. The recommendations of the BAG could change if there is a new wave of outbreaks, but even then, according to the document, vaccinations are no longer recommended for people under the age of 65.
No positive risk-benefit ratio
The remarks on “Adverse Vaccination Symptoms” (UIE) are also piquant:
According to the current state of knowledge, the risk of severe UIE with a recommended vaccination is much lower than the risk of a complication from Covid-19, against which the vaccination protects. The benefit of the vaccination administered according to the recommendation therefore outweighs the possible risks.
In the case of the valid non-recommendation, this essentially means that there is no longer a positive benefit-risk ratio for any Covid vaccination.
Liability: the federal government is out, doctors have a duty
The new recommendations also have consequences for liability. This is what the BAG document on the Covid vaccination strategy (as of November 29th, 2022) says:
Compensation by the federal government to injured persons for vaccination damage can only be considered for vaccinations if they were officially recommended or ordered (see Art. 64 EpG).
However, the federal government only stepped in if the damage was not covered by the vaccine manufacturer, the person vaccinating or an insurance company. The person vaccinating – i.e. generally the doctor – can be held liable if he has breached his duty of care. In this context, it is pointed out that the same rules regarding patient information apply to the Covid vaccination as to all other vaccinations.
The fact is, however, that very few doctors are likely to have informed their patients correctly about all the risks and side effects and the limited effectiveness of the Covid vaccinations. The off-label use of vaccines (not unusual for Covid vaccinations, for example the bivalent mRNA vaccines in Switzerland are not approved as first vaccinations, not as a booster for people under the age of 18 and not as a fifth vaccination) must be discussed become. For doctors, the justification of vaccinations is becoming more difficult due to the changed recommendations, according to a BAG document on liability issues:
If the doctor treating you bases his/her choice or prescription on the vaccination recommendations of the BAG, he/she can prove that he/she has observed the recognized rules of medical and pharmaceutical sciences and has therefore complied with the duty of care under the law on medicinal products.

German study: Spike proteins from viruses and vaccines cause brain cells to die

A recently published German study indicates that the spike proteins from Covid-19 and the Covid vaccines cause brain cell death. Repeated vaccinations seem to be counterproductive in this respect. This can result in permanent brain damage.
Our results showed accumulation of spike protein in the cranial medulla, meninges and brain parenchyma. Injection of the spike protein alone resulted in cell death in the brain, indicating a direct effect on brain tissue. We observed the presence of spike protein in the skulls of deceased individuals long after their COVID-19 infection, suggesting that spike protein persistence may contribute to long-term neurological symptoms.
Of all the SARS-CoV-2 virus proteins, only the spike protein was detected in the brain parenchyma. “This suggests that the spike protein might have a long lifespan in the body. This notion is supported by the observation that spike protein can be detected on patients’ immune cells for more than a year after infection – a recently published preprint suggests that spike protein can be detected in plasma samples up to 12 months after of the diagnosis persists.” And further: “Injection of Spike protein induced a wide range of proteomic changes in the cranial cord, meninges and brain, including proteins associated with coronavirus disease, the complement and coagulation cascades, neutrophilic degranulation, the formation of NETs and the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway, demonstrating the immunogenicity of the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein in the absence of other viral components.”
The researchers further report: “Our molecular analysis suggests an activation of the immune response in the craniocerebral axis, possibly through the recruitment and increase in activity of neutrophils, similar to what has been reported for the respiratory tract.” Furthermore, the viral proteins would act as an inflammatory stimulus, triggering a “significant immune response in the brain”. The study also states: “Proteins associated with neurodegeneration and damage to the blood-brain barrier were the most dysregulated molecules in the brain. The viral spike protein leads to the activation of RHOA, which triggers the disruption of the blood-brain barrier”.
That is why there are mini infarcts in the brain parenchyma and an increased number of microbleeds in Covid patients (vaccinated people, who are also contaminated with large amounts of spike proteins, were obviously not examined by the scientists). This work proves that the spike protein of the SARS-CoV2 and Covid-19 mRNA vaccine enters the skull marrow, meninges and brain parenchyma. The spike protein also breaks through the blood-brain barrier. Spike protein alone causes cell death in the brain, activates complement and coagulation pathways leading to blood clots, mini-infarcts and cerebral hemorrhage, causes inflammation and local changes associated with neurodegeneration (dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s).
We should be aware that the repeated administration of such spike proteins via the experimental gene syringes can be compared to multiple corona infections in terms of contamination of the human body with these spike proteins. But the more often such spike proteins are administered, the greater the potential health problems – in this case also in the human brain. We are talking about irreparable damage here, because the brain cells no longer regenerate.

A study in 21 countries examined discriminatory attitudes that COVID-vaccinated persons held against the unvaccinated. Exclusionary attitudes toward the unvaccinated were 2.5 times higher than toward Middle Eastern immigrants. The level of antipathy was higher toward the unvaccinated than toward ex-convicts, atheists, or mentally ill persons, and about the same as toward drug addicts. In the U.S. study, respondents were also asked about restricting publicly recognized rights. There was significant support for restricting unvaccinated persons’ freedom of movement, place of residence, freedom of speech, and access to unemployment and welfare benefits (Nature 1/26/23).
A large, double-blind, randomized controlled trial (RCT) concerning a xylitol-containing nasal spray as a possible COVID preventive or treatment was published in October 2022. Attorney Rick Jaffee provides a March 9 update on COVID cases in western states. He reads the legislative history of AB 2098 as an acknowledgment that the board can’t stop doctors from speaking out in public about any matter of public interest. So, that part of the Federation of State Medical Boards invitation to medical boards to pursue doctors for “soapbox speech” appears to be blocked in California, but not other states. The situation is complicated if treatment decisions are involved. Høeg v. Newsom, Hoang v. Bonta, McDonald v. Lawson, and Couris v. Lawson will be affected by the action of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, expected later this year.
Missouri v. Fifth Circuit Rules Against Biden Vaccine Mandate for Federal Workers
By a commanding majority including 10 judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, sitting en banc, it affirmed the preliminary injunction against President Biden’s mandate to force all federal workers to receive the Covid vaccine. While the Covid vaccine mandate has been lifted in the military, Biden has not repealed it for federal workers and it took this rare sitting of the entire appellate court in New Orleans to block it. Foreign travelers are still not allowed to visit the United States to see loved ones or participate in events unless they comply with Biden’s Covid vaccine mandate.
AAPS filed an amicus brief urging the Fifth Circuit to rule as it did tonight. Most of its decision is devoted to procedure, in overcoming an objection to its jurisdiction and affirming the issuance of a nationwide injunction to protect all federal workers against Biden’s vaccine mandate. Biden should repeal his vaccine mandate as Congress has done for the military. Thanks to the Fifth Circuit for blocking this tyranny as Biden continues to fail to rescind his Covid vaccine mandate.
Twitter is limiting any tweets that include links to Substack in an apparent response to the blogging platform’s launch of a competitor.
Users reported on Friday that any tweets with Substack links in them could not be liked, retweeted, or replied to.
The restrictions were imposed shortly after Substack, a platform for newsletters, announced Notes, its own Twitter competitor. Twitter also restricted the ability of users to embed tweets onto Substack the day before.
“We’re investigating reports that Twitter embeds and authentication no longer work on Substack,” Substack stated on Thursday after users reported that embedding tweets into Substack posts did not work. “We are actively trying to resolve this and will share updates as additional information becomes available.” The Washington Examiner tested the feature and found that direct Substack links were limited, while those with custom URLs were unaffected.

When the N95 respirator was tested in use in 2010, the “dead-space oxygen and carbon dioxide levels did not meet the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s ambient workplace standards.”
In a study conducted by the National Taiwan University Hospital fifteen years ago, it was found that the use of N-95 masks in healthcare workers caused them to experience hypoxemia, a low level of oxygen in the blood, and hypercapnia, an elevation in the blood’s carbon dioxide levels. Not only did the mask create dangerously low levels of oxygen and an equally dangerous spike in carbon dioxide in the human body, the study found that “medical staff are at increased risk of getting ‘Severe acute respiratory syndrome’ (SARS) [from] wearing N95 masks….” Lastly, the study’s authors further found that “dizziness, headache, and short[ness] of breath are commonly experienced by the medical staff wearing N95 masks” and that the “ability to make correct decisions” was also likely impaired. Studies show that headaches in medical professionals are commonly found as a result of mask-wearing, which is a sign of hypoxia: Just under 10% of the healthcare workers in one study experienced such severe symptoms that they were forced to take, on average, two full days of sick leave from their healthcare jobs, while 60% of these healthcare professionals “required use of abortive analgesics because of headache.” Headaches and the N95 Face-Mask Amongst Healthcare Providers. A more recent study involving 159 healthcare workers aged 21 to 35 years of age found that 81% developed headaches from wearing a face mask – which is a sign of dangerously low levels of oxygenation – and ALL healthcare workers felt like the headaches affected their work performance. In this study, researchers examined the blood oxygen levels in 53 surgeons. They measured blood oxygenation before surgery as well as at the end of surgeries. The researchers found that the mask reduced the blood oxygen levels significantly. The longer the duration of wearing the mask, the greater the fall in blood oxygen levels. Bader A et al. The immunity of the mask wearer – and his or her subsequent ability to fight off COVID-19 or any other harmful infection – is actually harmed by wearing a mask. The drop in oxygen levels (hypoxia) noted in many studies is directly associated with an impairment in immunity. In terms of the biological effects, what the studies have shown is that the lowered rate of oxygen (hypoxia) in turn inhibits the production of the type of primary immune cells that our bodies use to fight viral infections (known as the CD4+ T-lymphocyte). Functionally speaking, what happens inside our bodies is that the decrease in oxygen causes a spike in the level of a compound called hypoxia-inducible-factor-1 (HIF-1). Once that compound spikes, it in turn inhibits the production of T-lymphocytes we need for our bodies to fight off invaders and infections. Yet worse, the lack of oxygen stimulates a powerful inhibitor of the immune system (a cell called the Tregs), which in turn makes one’s body ripe for contracting a COVID-19 infection and experiencing said illness more severely: “This sets the stage for contracting any infection, including COVID-19, and making the consequences of that infection much graver. This phase of my v@ccine resource project has been interesting. I am simultaneously overloaded with information to share and also now affected as a researcher by the censorship put in place by Youtube, google and Facebook specifically. It has made me realize the importance of this resource I am compiling and sharing.
Many of these resources will soon be unavailable via web search if they are not already. For parents/those just entering the field, looking for information on both sides of the issue so that they can make an informed choice, their information field just became more limited, with diversions toward the pro vaccination side by limiting search results and search suggestions.
I have included 2 sections after the initial resources, 1 on censorship and 1 on corruption. At the end you will find options for social media and search engines who are not censoring information on this subject.
I am in full investigation mode as to alternate social media sources now.

The California governor Gavin Newsom has a bill on his desk as I type that if passed will essentially deny any child a medical exemption, even the ones he claims the bill will protect. As California goes, so is likely to go the whole USA (5 states so far have already removed religious/philosophical exemption and others are looking to follow).
It has been hard for me to continue this project at times, to be honest. Mostly I feel it is ineffectual to post this stuff on facebook. At this minute, I don’t even care. I am the whole of creation shouting into itself! This is a travesty that has to be and will be uncovered without further delay.

Kevin West's interim study on vaccines was cancelled but the representative went forward Tuesday with what he called an "informational meeting" on the issue under the auspices of the House Public Health Committee.West's study – IS 2019H-073 – was approved by House Speaker Charles McCall, R-Atoka, and originally was scheduled to be heard Tuesday by the House Children, Youth and Family Services Committee. "Some people do not handle vaccines well," Greve said, noting the increase in the number of required vaccinations and the number that are administered concurrently.Greve told the story of her family's involvement in the National Vaccine Injury Court, which was created under a 1986 federal law that gave vaccine manufacturers immunity from lawsuits. Instead, those cases are heard in the vaccine court, which Greve said does not operate like a normal court and few of those injured receive compensation. Also testifying Tuesday were four doctors. Each had a child they said was harmed by a vaccine and questioned the current requirements and approach to vaccinating children. Dr. Heather Revelis said her and her husband, Dr. Andrew Revelis, said their son suffered developmental disabilities as a result of his first-year vaccinations. He will never function as an adult, Dr. Heather Revelis told the legislators. She said she and other parents cannot provide informed consent for vaccinations when they are not being provided all the information about them, including the potential harm. "It's clear as a profession we know very little about them," she said. Dr. Andrew Revelis said, "We did not choose this crusade. It chose use." Addressing state requirements that students attending public school receive certain vaccines at specific times, Dr. Andrew Revelis said, "To compel someone to do something has to meet the highest possible standard." That, he added, was not the case for vaccines. "We shouldn't want to compel people to do something unproven if there is just the glimmer of uncertainty," he added. Dr. Andrew Revelis said he recognized the federal laws regarding vaccinations could not be changed at the State Capitol. "But what we can do is not compel people," he said. Dr. Andrew Revelis said the pharmaceutical industry is intent in keeping vaccination mandates in place and ensuring their liability immunity is maintained. He called the it "a multi-billion industry with a captive audience." Dr. Stephanie Christner said she was taught very little about vaccinations and vaccination injuries in medical school and would not have recognized a vaccination injury early in her career if a patient had an adverse reaction. Christner operates her own clinic now and says more research is available about the harms of vaccines. "People say the research is not there, but it is." Dr. Chad Chamberlain said the Center for Disease Control, which among other things is in charge of monitoring ill effects of vaccinations, told the legislators that up to 70 percent of the agency's funding comes from the pharmaceutical industry. "The depend on supporting pharmaceutical products," he said, noting vaccines are made by some of the same companies that are responsible for the national opioid epidemic. Chamberlain said physicians, too, were discouraged and castigated for speaking out about problems associated with vaccines. Lawmakers also were susceptible to the industry's coercion because it failed to tell the whole story about its products. Several of the physicians noted there have been few published studies comparing vaccinated versus non-vaccinated children. Del Bigtree, chief executive officer of the Informed Consent Action Network, said he is aware of one such study. It involved a doctor who helped vaccinate children in Africa who realized there was a natural study at work: Children in one community who had received a vaccine and children in a neighboring community who had not. The doctor found the mortality rate for the children who had received the vaccine was five times higher than those who had not, Bigtree said. That number increased significantly if the vaccine was administered in conjunction with the polio vaccine, he added. Bigtree won an Emmy as a producer for the CBS daytime medical talk show the doctors. He said it was when he produced the documentary the documentary "Vaxxed: From Cover-Up to Catastrophe" that his view of the vaccine industry changed. The goal of the pharmaceutical industry, he said, is to push mandatory vaccinations, making everyone vaccine "pincushions." "The future of pharma," he said, "is vaccines." Bigtree said the required number of vaccines in the 1980s was 12. It is now 54, he said, and pharmaceutical companies hope to push that number in the hundreds, vaccinating people into adulthood."And they are all going to be in your offices burying you in bologna," he said. Bigtree took issue with various parts of the industry and its regulation. He said no vaccine has been tested against a placebo and the Centers for Disease Control now says such a study would be unethical because both participants would believe they have been given immunity against a disease when one of them has not. Bigtree noted the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, into which doctors report incidents involving vaccines, is only voluntary and likely contains as little as 1 percent of the actual adverse events that take place each year. That means, Bigtree said, if there were 538 vaccine related deaths reported in the system in 2018 the actual number would be more than 50,000. "This industry is getting away with murder," he said. State Department of Health Deputy Commissioner and State Epidemiologist Laurence Burnsed also testified before the lawmakers Tuesday. He said vaccines were one of the tools used to promote public health. "I'm not saying the science is perfect," Burnsed acknowledged. Vaccines, Burnsed said, have been beneficial in the control of epidemics and the prevention of sustained transmission of communicable diseases in vaccinated communities. Oklahoma's kindergarten vaccination rate stood at 91.4 percent in the most recent survey, said Burnsed, but officials are concerned about an increase in exemption rates, which now stand at 2.8 percent. Responding to a question from Sen. Paul Scott, R-Duncan, Burnsed the state health department is not responsible for the types of safety testing Bigtree and others had mentioned. That, he said, was handled at the national level. Scott, however, said he believed the agency should be pushing for protection of the state's citizens or researching whether vaccines are safe. Burnsed and Bigtree disagreed vehemently when Bigtree suggested the incidents of vaccinated individuals contracting measles during a California outbreak was significant. Burnsed suggested Bigtree was "cherry-picking" facts and Bigtree said the same of Burnsed. "My hope is this discussion begins the conversation so we can continue to have these conversations down the road," West said at the conclusion of the meeting. West also hosted a question and answer event Tuesday morning with Bigtree and some of the doctors who appeared at the afternoon hearing. Kevin West's interim study on vaccines was cancelled but the representative went forward Tuesday with what he called an "informational meeting" on the issue under the auspices of the House Public Health Committee.West's study – IS 2019H-073 – was approved by House Speaker Charles McCall, R-Atoka, and originally was scheduled to be heard Tuesday by the House Children, Youth and Family Services Committee. The committee met Tuesday morning but its afternoon session on West's study was cancelled in advance.House Public Health Committee Chair Sean Roberts, R-Hominy, presided over Tuesday afternoon's informational meeting and several of his committee's members and other representatives attended the hearing, along with two senators and a representative from a third senator's office.West, R-Moore, said Tuesday's meeting was not being live streamed like interim studies normally are, but it was being recorded and would be archived on the House website."I think this is some very important information we need to hear," said West, who estimated he has been asked to consider approximately 20 vaccine-related bills in his legislative career."There is no doubt this issue is touchy," said Liza Greve, with Oklahomans for Health and Parental Rights and the parent of a child who suffered a vaccine injury.Greve asked those in the room whose child also had suffered a vaccine-related injury to hold up their hands. Approximately one-eighth of the room raised their hands. "Some people do not handle vaccines well," Greve said, noting the increase in the number of required vaccinations and the number that are administered concurrently.Greve told the story of her family's involvement in the National Vaccine Injury Court, which was created under a 1986 federal law that gave vaccine manufacturers immunity from lawsuits. Instead, those cases are heard in the vaccine court, which Greve said does not operate like a normal court and few of those injured receive compensation. Also testifying Tuesday were four doctors. Each had a child they said was harmed by a vaccine and questioned the current requirements and approach to vaccinating children. Dr. Heather Revelis said her and her husband, Dr. Andrew Revelis, said their son suffered developmental disabilities as a result of his first-year vaccinations. He will never function as an adult, Dr. Heather Revelis told the legislators. She said she and other parents cannot provide informed consent for vaccinations when they are not being provided all the information about them, including the potential harm. "It's clear as a profession we know very little about them," she said. Dr. Andrew Revelis said, "We did not choose this crusade. It chose use." Addressing state requirements that students attending public school receive certain vaccines at specific times, Dr. Andrew Revelis said, "To compel someone to do something has to meet the highest possible standard." That, he added, was not the case for vaccines. "We shouldn't want to compel people to do something unproven if there is just the glimmer of uncertainty," he added. Dr. Andrew Revelis said he recognized the federal laws regarding vaccinations could not be changed at the State Capitol. "But what we can do is not compel people," he said. Dr. Andrew Revelis said the pharmaceutical industry is intent in keeping vaccination mandates in place and ensuring their liability immunity is maintained. He called the it "a multi-billion industry with a captive audience." Dr. Stephanie Christner said she was taught very little about vaccinations and vaccination injuries in medical school and would not have recognized a vaccination injury early in her career if a patient had an adverse reaction. Christner operates her own clinic now and says more research is available about the harms of vaccines. "People say the research is not there, but it is." Dr. Chad Chamberlain said the Center for Disease Control, which among other things is in charge of monitoring ill effects of vaccinations, told the legislators that up to 70 percent of the agency's funding comes from the pharmaceutical industry. "The depend on supporting pharmaceutical products," he said, noting vaccines are made by some of the same companies that are responsible for the national opioid epidemic. Chamberlain said physicians, too, were discouraged and castigated for speaking out about problems associated with vaccines. Lawmakers also were susceptible to the industry's coercion because it failed to tell the whole story about its products. Several of the physicians noted there have been few published studies comparing vaccinated versus non-vaccinated children. Del Bigtree, chief executive officer of the Informed Consent Action Network, said he is aware of one such study. It involved a doctor who helped vaccinate children in Africa who realized there was a natural study at work: Children in one community who had received a vaccine and children in a neighboring community who had not. The doctor found the mortality rate for the children who had received the vaccine was five times higher than those who had not, Bigtree said. That number increased significantly if the vaccine was administered in conjunction with the polio vaccine, he added. Bigtree won an Emmy as a producer for the CBS daytime medical talk show the doctors. He said it was when he produced the documentary the documentary "Vaxxed: From Cover-Up to Catastrophe" that his view of the vaccine industry changed. The goal of the pharmaceutical industry, he said, is to push mandatory vaccinations, making everyone vaccine "pincushions." "The future of pharma," he said, "is vaccines." Bigtree said the required number of vaccines in the 1980s was 12. It is now 54, he said, and pharmaceutical companies hope to push that number in the hundreds, vaccinating people into adulthood."And they are all going to be in your offices burying you in bologna," he said. Bigtree took issue with various parts of the industry and its regulation. He said no vaccine has been tested against a placebo and the Centers for Disease Control now says such a study would be unethical because both participants would believe they have been given immunity against a disease when one of them has not. Bigtree noted the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, into which doctors report incidents involving vaccines, is only voluntary and likely contains as little as 1 percent of the actual adverse events that take place each year. That means, Bigtree said, if there were 538 vaccine related deaths reported in the system in 2018 the actual number would be more than 50,000. "This industry is getting away with murder," he said. State Department of Health Deputy Commissioner and State Epidemiologist Laurence Burnsed also testified before the lawmakers Tuesday. He said vaccines were one of the tools used to promote public health. "I'm not saying the science is perfect," Burnsed acknowledged. Vaccines, Burnsed said, have been beneficial in the control of epidemics and the prevention of sustained transmission of communicable diseases in vaccinated communities. Oklahoma's kindergarten vaccination rate stood at 91.4 percent in the most recent survey, said Burnsed, but officials are concerned about an increase in exemption rates, which now stand at 2.8 percent. Responding to a question from Sen. Paul Scott, R-Duncan, Burnsed the state health department is not responsible for the types of safety testing Bigtree and others had mentioned. That, he said, was handled at the national level. Scott, however, said he believed the agency should be pushing for protection of the state's citizens or researching whether vaccines are safe. Burnsed and Bigtree disagreed vehemently when Bigtree suggested the incidents of vaccinated individuals contracting measles during a California outbreak was significant. Burnsed suggested Bigtree was "cherry-picking" facts and Bigtree said the same of Burnsed. "My hope is this discussion begins the conversation so we can continue to have these conversations down the road," West said at the conclusion of the meeting. West also hosted a question and answer event Tuesday morning with Bigtree and some of the doctors who appeared at the afternoon hearing.
